Her leadership ensures the alignment of people strategies with the PayNet’s vision and goals. ​She has over 22 years of experience in leading organisational change, transformation, and performance improvement.​ In the past, she has held leadership positions in consulting, the government sector, non-profit organisations, and multinational corporations, where she combined her skills in HR, organisational strategy, and culture development to enable sustainable growth. ​Shafenaz graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington, and continues to be a lifelong student in the fields of HR, coaching, and leadership.​
