OUR PAST SUPPORTING PARTNERS

We are proud to recognise the esteemed organisations supporting the People & Culture Conference 2026. Their unwavering commitment, partnership and invaluable contributions play a pivotal role in helping to elevate the standard of excellence we strive for. Together, we continue to shape conversations that support stronger organisations and future-ready leadership.

Launched by the Prime Minister in May 2015, the Malaysian Chapter of the 30% Club works to catalyse real transformation in Corporate Malaysia through a culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Its primary focus has been to facilitate at least 30% women representation on the boards of companies listed on Bursa Malaysia, and also welcomes non-listed entities and global multinational companies to join as a Corporate Advocate.

LeadWomen Sdn Bhd was established in 2011 with a mission to increase women representation in senior leadership and on the boards of corporate Malaysia. Today their work is centered around equalising workplaces and boardrooms for all to be recognised, respected and thrive. The full value of diversity can only be harnessed when there is an equitable and inclusive workplace culture, which can only be inculcated when leaders lead inclusively.
