Launched by the Prime Minister in May 2015, the Malaysian Chapter of the 30% Club works to catalyse real transformation in Corporate Malaysia through a culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). Its primary focus has been to facilitate at least 30% women representation on the boards of companies listed on Bursa Malaysia, and also welcomes non-listed entities and global multinational companies to join as a Corporate Advocate.
LeadWomen Sdn Bhd was established in 2011 with a mission to increase women representation in senior leadership and on the boards of corporate Malaysia. Today their work is centered around equalising workplaces and boardrooms for all to be recognised, respected and thrive. The full value of diversity can only be harnessed when there is an equitable and inclusive workplace culture, which can only be inculcated when leaders lead inclusively.
A Company Limited by Guarantee (CLBG), MyCEB serves as a central hub to assist meeting and event planners to bid and stage international business events in Malaysia and act as a conduit for national product development. MyCEB’s goal is to improve its rankings as an international meetings destination within International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) and to grow business tourism arrivals to Malaysia.
MyCEB was established in 2009 by Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia to further strengthen Malaysia’s business tourism brand and position for the international business events market.
The Women in Tech Malaysia Chapter is a dynamic and inclusive community dedicated to fostering empowerment, diversity, and innovation within the technology sector. With a strong commitment to bridging the gender gap in tech, this chapter serves as a platform for women to connect, collaborate, and thrive.
IWFCIM is the Malaysia Chapter of the Melbourne based IWFCI, a global non-profit, non-government, member-based organization. It was established with the purpose of supporting women entering the business and developing trade across the globe.
Speak Up Malaysia focuses on enhancing workplace ethics, eliminating gender and sexual harassment, as well as creating safe spaces through training and various tools to improve compliance, corporate governance and organisational culture.
They believe in a human-based approach in empowering employees at all levels to speak up to create a culture where ideas and concerns are expressed, supported and addressed in the best way possible.
