Anuradha Katyal (Anu) is a seasoned HR leader with over 25 years of experience in Europe,
the Middle East and Asia.

Anu began her career in Malaysia and Canada, leading global compensation projects and
cultural change assessments. She has held senior roles at Hewlett Packard, Petrofield, and
Ramunia Fabricators, partnering with leadership to drive cultural change, establish HR
functions, and design competency frameworks across multiple countries.

At Scania Group, Anu served as HR Director for SEA and later as Global Head of P&C
Digital Transformation, where she led digital transformation initiatives across functions. Most
recently, she was Group Head of Digitalisation and SAP Success Factor at TRATON Group,
responsible for enhancing HRIT landscapes and digital processes across 4 legal entities in different countries across Europe.
