Datuk Nik Airina binti Nik Jaffar was appointed as the Managing Director of PLUS Malaysia Berhad on 1 May 2023. She holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami, USA, and brings over 30 years of experience in project development, concession, and asset management across Malaysia, the United States, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

She has led major infrastructure initiatives including the North-South Expressway, Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road, and Pan Borneo Sabah Highway.

Previously, she held senior leadership positions within UEM Group Berhad and Opus Group Berhad. Datuk Nik Airina is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT), UK, and serves on the boards of UiTM, CIDB, and several PLUS subsidiaries.
