Feldatun brings over 27 years of comprehensive experience in human resources (HR) and operations to her role as Chief People Officer. Prior to her appointment, she held pivotal portfolios including Head of Operations, TNB Global Business Solutions (TGBS) and Senior General Manager of People Strategy & Organization Effectiveness, Group HR. Her expertise in HR extends across multiple domains, including HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Development & Deployment, HR Management & Operation, and Change Management. Her noteworthy achievements include leading TNB’s transformative initiatives including Value Unlocking Program and spearheading the establishment of TNB Integrated Shared Service Centre (now TGBS).
