Julian Neo is the Managing Director of DHL Express Malaysia and Brunei. He started his career with the Big Yellow Machine in 2000 as a Global Account Manager, where he soon expanded his portfolio to include leadership positions at both the Malaysia and Singapore country offices. Throughout his tenure in the commercial division, Julian was responsible for various functions encompassing sales, marketing, and business development. He stepped into his current role in 2019, having been Vice President (Global Multi-National Customers) at DHL Express Asia Pacific prior. Before joining DHL, Julian worked similar commercial stints at Fuji Xerox, Hong Leong Industries, Standard Chartered, and BMW Group.​
