Maria is the Senior General Manager of Global HR Partners for Project, Technology & Health, Safety, Security & Environment (PT&HSSE), PETRONAS. She partners with PT&HSSE leaders in providing consultation, steering and driving solutioning on human capital and organizational matters. She is a member of PT&HSSE Leadership Team, co-chairs PT&HSSE Wellness Committee and a member of PT&HSSE Talent Committee. Functionally, she is also a member of Group HRM Leadership Team and Group HRM People Development Committee. Maria is currently the Sponsor for PETRONAS HR Business Partners career and capability development programme.
