Narita Naziree FCPA (Aust.) is the Head, Group People Experience & Digital Advancement at Maybank, a role she assumed in November 2023.

With over two decades of leadership experience across talent, succession planning, and HR transformation, she previously led Maybank’s M25+ strategic people programme and human capital operations for group finance and global banking.

Before joining Maybank, Narita served at PwC Malaysia and KPMG Malaysia, bringing a strong background in financial risk management and advisory. Holding a Master of Commerce & Economics from UNSW and as a Fellow of CPA Australia, she has been instrumental in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, helping increase women’s representation in management at Maybank. Narita is also active in CPA Australia’s Women in Business Committee, where she advocates lifelong learning, mentorship, and empowering future leaders.
