Encik Muzzaffar Othman has been appointed as the Group Chief Operations Officer of PNB, effective December 1, 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and brings extensive experience from various industries, including Manufacturing, Consulting, Aviation, Insurance, and Finance.

Prior to this appointment, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of ASNB, as well as the Chief Technology Officer at PNB. Since 2017, he has been a key member of PNB's Leadership Team. In addition to his corporate roles, he holds board positions at Goodyear Malaysia Berhad, GKN Driveline Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Jewel Digital Ventures Sdn Bhd, and E-LOCK Corporation Sdn Bhd.
