Rafey Majeed is currently the Head of People Development and Talent Management, as well as part of the HR leadership team at CelcomDigi. As part of his role, he is responsible for recruitment, talent management, learning, leadership development and succession planning. He is a veteran in the telecommunications industry and his functional expertise spans various areas, including organisational development, rewards and organisational design.



Rafey is a Pakistani national and has been settled in Malaysia for over six years. Prior to joining CelcomDigi, he was with Digi Telecommunications and also part of the merger planning team for CelcomDigi.
