At present, Reuben is the Head of HR Performance Operations at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia responsible in driving global outsourcing of HR operations, implementing digital HR solutions and other HR efficiency projects across the region.

With a personal mission on life-long learning journey, Reuben is currently practicing being a life coach enabling people and communities around him to capitalise on their strengths.
