Tomas is the Managing Director for L’Oréal in Malaysia and Singapore. Since his appointment in April 2022 he has led the Malaysia and Singapore markets, where he combined the strength and potential of both markets to help accelerate regional growth.

He holds a CEMS Master in International Management and has been with L’Oréal for 25 years. Tomas first started as a Brand Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia before he took on more leadership roles across various countries in Europe.

Tomas is also known for his leadership and people’s skill as he champions employee wellbeing and development. During his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey as the game improves not just physical health and agility, but also stresses on the importance of teamwork and collaboration key values which he advocates for in all the teams he leads.
