Wong Wai Seng was appointed to the IIB Board on 18 Octiber 2024. Currently, he is the Head of Strategy in Khazanah Nasional Berhad. He joined Khazanah in August 2011 and is responsible for overall corporate strategy, strategic asset allocation, strategic planning, and performance management to meet Khazanah’s mandate and long-term goals.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Technology), majoring in Finance from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Masters in Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management as a Fulbright scholar and Master of Science in Management as a Sloan Fellow from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Wai Seng is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (“FCMA”)
