Yuki Aizawa is the Country Director of Women In Tech Malaysia. She co-founded a company RINNE Technologies and Consulting that owns blockchain-backed solutions to address environmental and social issues ie. Deforestation and Financial inclusion. Company manifesto is Sustainability-Innovation-Inclusion where they believe the tech innovation can drive Social impact. With 20+ years of experience in different industries mostly in FinTech sector, she held several senior executive positions in multinational companies across Asia and other parts of the world.

She is a firm believer of Leadership with empathy and Empowering Women in tech is another topic she is a strong advocate of. Appointed as Country Director to lead the Malaysia Chapter of Women in Tech Global movement (45 Chapters across the Globe with the mission to close the gender gap in STEM and 5M girls and women to be empowered through technology by 2030). – while she is juggling her busy days multi-tasking from being an entrepreneur, running a non-profit, having a family (mom of 2 grown up kids), being a yoga instructor (running a yoga studio) as well as a floral & resin artist.

Born in Tokyo with mix parentage, she holds a Japanese citizenship, and grew up outside of Japan mostly in SE Asia, apart from NY. PR of HK but home is Malaysia now after living consecutively for 23+ years now.
