Puan Azizah Ali brings over 27 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record across Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region. In January 2026, she officially stepped into her role as the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Awantec, where she now spearheads the Group’s strategic direction and digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Awantec, Puan Azizah spent over two decades in senior executive roles at Microsoft, where her leadership was instrumental in driving regional growth. Her distinguished career includes serving as:

- Chief Operations Officer and Chief Marketing & Operations Officer (Microsoft Malaysia, 2020–2024).
- CEO/Managing Director for Microsoft Brunei.
- General Manager for Small & Mid-Market Solutions and Partner Group.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Puan Azizah is a passionate advocate for social impact and equity. As a member of the International Women’s Federation of Commerce & Industry Malaysia (IWFCIM), she actively promotes Diversity & Inclusion in the marketplace and champions skilling initiatives for TVET.

She is also a dedicated environmental advocate, serving as an investor and Director with EcoGarageHub, an organization focused on environmental education and preparing the youth for a sustainable future.
