Shazalina Ahmad is a distinguished human capital leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning strategic HR, leadership development, talent management, organisational transformation, and culture enablement across diverse industries including infrastructure, energy, finance, retail, and services.

She currently serves as the Chief People Officer of PLUS Malaysia Berhad, where she leads the organisation’s people and culture agenda, driving workforce transformation, leadership capability, employee engagement, and future-ready talent strategies to support national infrastructure excellence.

Prior to joining PLUS Malaysia, she was the Senior Vice President & Head of Group Human Resource at MIDF Berhad. She also held several senior leadership roles within PETRONAS such as Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Education Sponsorship, Change Management & Capability Development, as well as key leadership positions at other prominent organisations such as Burger King Malaysia and Schlumberger.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies, she is passionate about building resilient organisations, empowering people, and shaping cultures that enable sustainable business performance.
