
Feldatun Sharif

Feldatun Binti Sharif is the Chief People Officer of TNB, where she leads the Group’s overarching human capital strategy. She is responsible for crafting and deploying effective people management strategies to drive TNB’s workforce towards its corporate aspirations, with a focus on fostering a high-quality employee experience through high-impact policies and programmes. She also leads the transformation of talent and capability to ensure the organisation remains agile and future-ready.
Feldatun’s career with TNB spans 29 years, during which she has gained extensive experience in strategy, organisational development, end-to-end HR operations and change management across various business units, as well as at the enterprise level. Her notable contributions include spearheading the Organisation Design and Workforce Planning Workstream in the 2015 Value Unlocking Programme, a key initiative under the Corporate Group’s Transformation. In 2018, she was appointed Project Director for the formation and operationalisation of the TNB Integrated Shared Service Centre.
She also played a key role in the 2020 reorganisation of TNB’s Macro Structure under Project Needle, which established TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. and TNB Retail Sdn. Bhd. Feldatun has held various pivotal positions within TNB, including People Strategy & Organisation Effectiveness in 2021 and Head of Operations for TNB Global Business Solutions in 2023, before being appointed Chief People Officer in 2024.
Beyond her role at TNB, Feldatun has served as an Adjunct Professor at the UNITEN Business School since 2024, contributing industry insights and practical experience to the academic environment.
