Graduated in Eindhoven (Netherlands) as Mechanical engineer specialized in commercials and business. Various short courses in Finance management, Auditing and Business Management. Latest “crash course” was getting certified by ITD as Master Coach of which skills he is applying the learnings on a daily basis.

29 years in TIC (testing inspection and certification) industry. Starting @ SGS Group for 17 years, Mr Verhagen worked on various positions: Local and Regional NDT (non destructive testing) and Global Director NDT Business covering 35 countries (2006-2012).

Since 2014 mr Verhagen is General Vice President for the Asia Pacific region. He and his management team hold full responsibility for all business lines ROSEN is currently deploying in the region. ROSEN Malaysia reached a major safety milestone—achieving over 1 million man-hours without a recordable incident—underscoring his commitment to building a world-class safety culture. Under his leadership, the company moved to a High Performance coaching culture, delivering results whilst through innovative initiatives.

Now ROSEN Asia Pacific has four strong operational hubs and teams covering Australia, China, India and South East Asia (KL) and a shared service center supporting the easters Hemisphere out of Vietnam.
