A Chilean by birth, Mary spent her formative years in Australia before relocating to Malaysia in 1996, where she has been operating successfully for the past 30 years. With a strong background in psychology, she uniquely blends behavioral science with business strategy —empowering organizations to navigate complex transformations, master impactful storytelling, and elevate their global market positioning.

Mary firmly believes that how a story is told—alongside mastering the subtle nuances of both internal and external stakeholder communications—is one of the most critical drivers of modern business success.

Mary holds a Master’s Degree from Sydney University and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. Professionally, she is a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and actively contributes to the business community through key leadership roles.

She serves as a Steering Committee Member, Strategic Communication for the 30% Club Malaysia, and she volunteers as a member of the Standards and Best Practice Sub-Committee for the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia.
