AHMAD RIZWAN ROMLI

Rizwan is currently serving as a Senior Manager, IT & Software Engineering, with a total of 15 years of working experience in the IT & Digital transformation space. Rizwan leads a large team that specializes in enhancing TMX (team members’ experience). His expertise includes managing a global, diverse team, ensuring effective people management across various cultures and regions. Additionally, Rizwan also leads the University Relations pillar for Dell Malaysia Digital IT, responsible for running various engagement programs with universities, particularly focusing on new IT graduates hiring.
