SHAHRINA A RAMAN

Shahrina graduated in Information Technology but took a career shift into HR to explore new opportunities and never looked back since. Has 20 years of experience in various functions mainly across Human Resource value chain (for example Organisation Development, HR Merger & Acquisition, HR Policy, HR Business Partner, People Development, HR Strategy & Planning), Change Management, Communications and the latest as leading Organisational Transformations.

She relishes the thrills and challenges in project environment or strategy roles that require conceptualisation of ideas but will not shy away from roles that demands operational excellence.

Outside the professional realm, Shahrina enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures, people and food. She loves bowling, charity work and recently started joining the running craze with so far 10km under her belt. Secretly loves baking and reading children stories. Her cakes and cookies are a crowd favourite during festive seasons.

Currently balancing her role as a mother of 3 children whilst at the same time delivering superior results at work. Shahrina's motto is to do her best and let God take care of the rest.
