Speak Up Malaysia is the first organisation in the country to embark on the drafting of a Corporate Governance Code on Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (CGCDEI) which integrates human rights-based values and approaches into employment policies and practices to achieve diversity, equality and inclusion across various intersections of individual identities.
