VIC SITHASANAN

Vic Sithasanan is entrusted with leading Jobstreet by SEEK’s expansion and day-to-day operations in Malaysia, leveraging the company's longstanding presence of over two decades to foster growth and maintain its market leadership.

Vic brings to the table extensive experience in the digital sector, marked by his successful leadership in reviving businesses and launching startups within the region. Before joining Jobstreet, he co-founded HYPERLAB, an AI company that garnered significant recognition in APAC and was subsequently acquired by Everise, a global customer experience group, in 2018.

He also co-founded FutureLab in 2010, steering it to become a respected digital and social agency in Malaysia and Singapore. The company's achievements caught the attention of APD (ASX: DIG), which fully acquired FutureLab in 2012. As CEO Asia for APD, Vic played a crucial role in expanding the company's presence to Shanghai, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, significantly increasing its revenue contributions.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Vic served as General Manager for BBDO/Proximity in Singapore and Malaysia. His efforts were pivotal in growing their revenues and enhancing their reputation in the digital and CRM space. Under his guidance, Malaysia was named the top digital and CRM agency in Asia in 2008, and Singapore was ranked as the second-best digital agency in APAC in 2009, according to prestigious industry rankings.
