Can diet really affect testosterone levels?

I found the connection between nutrition and testosterone more interesting than I expected. The article explains that diet is only one part of hormone health, but factors such as adequate dietary fat, zinc, vitamin D, sufficient calories, and overall food quality can matter. I especially liked the point that extremely low-fat diets or severe calorie restriction may negatively affect testosterone. It also makes sense to look at the overall eating pattern rather than expecting one particular food to dramatically change hormone levels https://ways2well.com/blog/diet-and-testosterone-what-you-need-to-know
